This customer has completed 2 years trouble free operation for a Hunt & Mitton Actuated valve chosen to ensure smooth control of a Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN) service at their plant in Ningbo. When one of our competitor’s valves was vibrating violently and had been removed and repaired without solving the problem, they asked Hunt & Mitton to design and manufacture a valve for their application. The replacement Hunt & Mitton actuated valve has now completed 2 years of trouble free operation and the operators are delighted with the valve.
The valve used is a series 8851 DN150 in CF8M stainless steel.
